Young Thibaud Brocard is the fifth generation of Champagne Brocard Pierre to lead the domaine near the village of Celles-sur-Ource in Côte de Bars in the easternmost part of the region.
Eponymous with Chambolle, Ghislaine Barthod works around 6 hectares in this legendary part of Burgundy. While the plots are scattered and the soil varies, it mainly consists of limestone in different states.

Situated in the southern part of the Côte de Beaune in Burgundy, The Chevrot family has been making wine in Les Maranges since 1830. Today, the two brothers Pablo and Vincent Chevrot run the show, and they are combining old school techniques with a modern mindset to produce fresh, lively and balanced wines.
Talloulah and Hugo Mathurin are a couple of young and wildly talented people who make wine in Les Maranges, a more discreet area of Burgundy which is located slightly east from the daunting slopes of Chassagne- and Puligny-Montrachet.
The legendary Graillot family has a long history of making wine in the Northern Rhone, where their ability to produce some of the most characteristic Syrah in the world. Given the abilities of this winemaking family, it is only natural that they sought to explore other regions.
