Maxime Graillot, a larger-than-life vigneron (and son of legendary winemaker Alain Graillot), has the same innovative and forward-thinking spirit as his father. In 2004, to cement the family’s name in the Northern Rhône, Maxime managed to acquire quite a few vineyards situated in the Beaumont-Monteux commune of Crozes-Hermitage.
Besides being warm at heart and a kind soul, Maxime also has a dedicated mind. He has Syrah running through his veins, and his attitude towards farming and winemaking has both the echoes of the longstanding traditions of the Rhône and the modern mindset of a young wine producer. The work in the vineyards is manual, everything is done by hand, and the vinification is done without the use of chemicals.

The legendary Graillot family has a long history of making wine in the Northern Rhone, where their ability to produce some of the most characteristic Syrah in the world. Given the abilities of this winemaking family, it is only natural that they sought to explore other regions.
René Rostaing founded the now legendary Domaine Rostaing back in 1971 during a period where most of the world had forgotten about the wavy hills of Côte-Rôtie in the northern part of the Rhône Valley. He started out with just under 1 hectare of vineyards, split between the Côte Blonde and La Landonne.
Camille is a shooting star in Burgundy! She works alongside her partner, Canadian-born Matt Chittick, who she met while they were both working at the Domaine de Bellene in Beaune. Camille started her project in 2016 in a 20m2 garage without electricity but has quickly become one of the most prominent young winemakers in Burgundy.
