Renato is farming his grandfather’s vineyards that have been well-kept and are situated on top of a hill with plenty of wind, sun, and cool nights. The Bianco is made with the local grape variety Arneis. Fermentation is done in concrete tanks with indigenous yeasts, and aging is done in used barriques.
