From the single vineyard of Le Vérillats in Moulin-à-Vent in the upper part of the region, this is, again, 100% Gamay that undergoes a somewhat classic method of production. Always completely or partially destemmed and pressed slowly under cool temperatures. In then spends about 10-12 months in oak barrels. Elegant Gamay with spices and pepper.
