From the village of Pupillin, near Arbois, we bring Domaine Bornard, a producer who cultivates around 12.5 hectares of vines between Côtes de Jura and Arbois appellations. For 30 years, the family’s grapes were delivered to the local cooperative and it was only in 2005 that Pierre Overnoy, another Arbois winemaker, who eventually convinced Philippe to begin to make his own wine. Today his son Tony took the lead and is making wines that reflect beautifully the terroir of the Jura. You’ll agree from the first sip, we’re sure.
