Domaine de la Borde / Julien Marechal
Without question one of the most interesting domaines from the coveted region of Jura. Julien Marechal studied in Burgundy for a period of time before turning to the Jura to make wines
Location: Italy
Chiara comes from a family of winemakers, so the urge to produce wines runs in her blood. Her first vintage was in 2015, and she now owns 7 hectares in Emilia-Romagna (the Romagna side) where she makes two different and absolutely amazing wines on Sangiovese. She only uses about 5 ha to grow grapes – the rest consists of woods and olive trees which Chiara considers important to keep the diversity of animals and microorganisms in the vineyard.
She has a bright future ahead of her, and we cannot wait to share her wines with you!

Maxime was 20 years old when he was left in charge of the famed Domaine Georges Noëllat in Vosne-Romanée. This was in 2010, and now, more than a decade later, he has achieved an almost cult-like status for his wines and is still one of Burgundy’s most revered winemakers.
From the village of Pupillin, near Arbois, we bring Domaine Bornard, a producer who cultivates around 12.5 hectares of vines between Côtes de Jura and Arbois appellations.
