The Weissburgunder from Judith is, albeit an “entry level wine”, still produced with the same principals as the rest of her portfolio. The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo spontaneous fermentation in steel before being aged in barrel for at least six months. The wine sees a touch of maceration in the early stages, giving fruit and tension to go along with the crisp and drinkable expression.
