Pedro began making wines in the lush Salnés Valley by recovering abandoned vineyards in the area. While he works with the native varieties, Pedro makes wines outside the constraints of the Rías Baixas DO, allowing him to create wines that are truer to his vision. Fresh with an unmistakable Atlantic character, his whites are vibrant, elegant and suave. His reds too are true expressions of the terroir and the region’s centuries-old tradition of winemaking. Minimal intervention. Maximum respect.
