Do you sell wine to the public?
Yes — by enquiry. Terroir serves the trade (restaurants, hotels and sommeliers) and private collectors. Tell us what you are after and we'll take care of the rest.
How do I open a trade account?
Visit our Trade page or message us on WhatsApp or email. Tell us about your venue and list, and we'll set you up with the trade (PRO) portfolio and pricing.
Can you source a specific or rare bottle?
Yes. Our private cellar concierge sources hard-to-find producers, cuvées, vintages and large formats, with provenance verified and discretion assured. Start with the Wine sourcing page.
Do you handle en primeur and allocations?
Yes. We offer privileged access to allocations and en primeur from the growers we represent in Portugal, for both trade and private clients.
Where do you deliver?
Across Portugal — Lisbon, Porto and the north, the Algarve and Comporta.
Are prices listed on the website?
No. Pricing is shared privately through our trade (PRO) and private-client (PRVT) lists, on request.
How do you ensure provenance and condition?
We buy direct from the domaines wherever possible and handle wine with proper storage and cold-chain care. For collectors, we are always transparent about a wine's history and condition.
