From the granite heart of the Dão, Manual Wines is the work of winemaker José Gabriel Costa, who farms with minimal intervention and lets the region's wild character carry through. Indigenous Portuguese grapes lead the way — Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz and Jaen in red, Encruzado and Malvasia Fina in white — hand-harvested and gently handled in the cellar. Honest, site-driven Dão.
