Les Petits Lieux — 'the small places' — is the young Vosne-Romanée venture of winemaking couple Guillaume Rouget and Laure Guilloteau, set up in a quietly legendary old cellar once home to Henri Jayer. Without estate vineyards of their own yet, they work as growers and négociants, buying carefully chosen fruit to craft Burgundy with humility and a deep sense of place. A name to watch.
