Named after the Roman God of the western wind, Favonius is a partnership between agronomist Pedro Cabanita and winemaker Rodrigo Martins that directly relies on the Atlantic wind to infuse grapes with a distinct character. Their wines of course are marked by a particular (salty) freshness that's as unique as it's desirable.
