A rising star of grower Champagne, Elise Bougy returned to her native Montagne de Reims to revive the family vines, taking the reins in 2016. Based in Les Mesneux with prized Grand Cru holdings in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, this young oenologist farms organically and biodynamically, working with ambient yeasts and little to no added sulphur to craft characterful, terroir-driven cuvées.
