Domaine Mirebeau

Tucked into Anjou near the Layon, Domaine de Mirebeau is the work of Bruno Rochard, who took the reins from his parents in 1998 and set about converting the estate to organics, certified by 2009. Working with Chenin Blanc, Cabernet Franc and Grolleau, he crafts honest, low-intervention wines that speak quietly but clearly of their Loire home.
