Jean-Marc Roulot is the rare vigneron with a parallel life on the silver screen, having stepped away from a successful acting career to take up the family domaine in 1989. Founded back in 1830 and elevated by his late father Guy, a pioneer of bottling Meursault's lieux-dits separately, the estate is farmed organically and worked by hand. Roulot is widely credited with the modern school of Meursault: pure, precise and thrillingly mineral.
