From Avize in the Côte de Blancs, Anselme Selosse continues his lifelong dedication to the art of champagne with a strictly empirical approach. Since 2002, Anselme has distanced himself from a bio-dynamic doctrine, defying the usual processes of influencing nature.
Instead, Domaine Jacques Selosse has developed its own system of viticulture. It’s an approach that follows no set method, but rather permanently adapts itself to the growth of their terroir. They hold fast to the Latin ethic “primum non nocere” – first, do no harm.
