Few families can claim Puligny roots as deep as the Carillons, documented in the village as far back as 1520. After generations under the Louis Carillon name, Jacques struck out on his own from 2010, tending just over five hectares with near-organic care and an unflinching eye on yields. The result is classic, mineral-drenched Puligny-Montrachet built to age beautifully.
