It all began in the mid-1980s when Raphaël and Adeline took a leap of faith, dedicating 56 acres of the Jura countryside to their dream of crafting exceptional wines. Fast forward a few years – a devastating frost (1991), the transformation of a farmhouse in Montigny-lès-Arsures, and the addition of their son Marin taking the lead (2020) – and today, the Fumey-Chatelain Estate spans 17 hectares across 20 unique sites in Arbois, Montigny-lès-Arsures, and Les Arsures. We're thrilled to be sharing their wines of incredible quality that are unmistakably Jura, loaded with minerality, energy and poise.
