Maxime Graillot's own venture in the northern Rhône, Domaine des Lises is Crozes-Hermitage with vision. Schooled in Burgundy, South Africa and alongside his father Alain, Maxime farms organically and intervenes as little as possible, letting his clay-limestone parcels speak. The result is Syrah of richness, freshness and finesse.
