Self-taught and biodynamic (organic-certified since 2012), he champions the local grapes — Chardonnay, Savagnin, Trousseau, Poulsard — with spontaneous ferments and a minimal, hands-off touch. A jazz musician to boot, with Pierre Overnoy among his early mentors.
