Meet a true maverick! Burgundian winemaker Claire Naudin took over Domaine Naudin-Ferrand in 1994 and is now is at the head of 22 hectares spread around Magny-lès-Villers. She champions sustainable viticulture, opting for organic practices without certification to avoid standardisation. Her minimalist approach in the winery—using native yeasts and avoiding filtration—yields authentic, five-star wines brimming with precision and tension.
