Bérêche & Fils is one of the brightest names in grower Champagne, an estate dating to 1847 that truly soared when brothers Raphaël and Vincent took the reins in 2004. Farming around eleven hectares centred on Ludes in the Montagne de Reims, the fifth generation favours rigorous viticulture, single-vineyard bottlings and old-school touches like ageing under cork. The results are precise, terroir-driven Champagnes now spoken of alongside the region's very best.
