Lamoresca is an organic agricultural farm and winery that started with an olive grove of 46 ancient Moresca olive trees, the genesis of its name. Today, they span 25 hectares, cultivating a variety of vines, olive trees, prickly pears, and other fruit trees. They’ve even expanded to Monte Stagno, a 100m tall “mountain” across the Elsa River that has become their private natural reserve. “As farmers, we view it as our duty to cultivate healthy ecosystems and challenge monoculture practices.”
