Vincent Dauvissat is one of Chablis' most esteemed winemakers, continuing a family legacy that spans three generations. He started right alongside his father René in the 1970s and now runs the estate, which encompasses 11 hectares of vineyards across two Grands Crus and three Premiers Crus sites. Today, he continues to produce world acclaimed wines, maintaining traditional practices while adapting to modern challenges in viticulture and winemaking. His terroir, with its Kimmeridgian limestone soils, imparts a distinctive mineral character and flinty notes to Dauvissat's wines.
