Vin Noe is the micro-negociant project of Jonathan Purcell, a Californian who swapped San Diego for Burgundy in 2011 and never looked back. After cellar stints with the likes of Philippe Pacalet and Domaine de Montille, he now also tends a sliver of organic, no-till vines around Saint-Aubin. The wines are about as natural as Burgundy gets, made with zero added sulphites.
