A formidable character in Bierzo winemaking. Having trained at both Domaine de la Romanée-Conti and Domaine du Comte Armand, and worked as winemaker at Domaine Laurent Combier in Crozes-Hermitage, she’s returned to her beloved Spain, establishing herself in Bierzo. Here Verónica is making some of the most vibrant wines in Castilla y León with an approach that blends traditional and innovative methods.
