A young but true family operation growing Chardonnay on 10 hectares of land dotted around Chichée, "with no pressure from previous generations." Established by Christiane and Jean-Claude who left Paris in 1986 to start Domaine Oudin, today it is managed by their two daughters Isabelle and Nathalie who produce four different Chablis wines each year and prioritise high-quality viticulture, respecting everything that nature has to offer.
