A small, artisanal winery located in the picturesque village of Hunawihr. Established in 1981, the estate spans 12 hectares, with vineyards planted on some of Alsace's most prestigious terroirs. Jean-Luc Mader, along with his son Jérôme, employs a hands-on approach to viticulture, adhering to sustainable and organic practices to maintain the health of their vineyards and the quality of their wines. The winery specialises in producing a range of elegant and expressive wines that reflect the unique characteristics of the terroir, emphasising purity, balance, and minerality.
