Etienne Julien has been making quite the splash from the marble-quarry town of Comblanchien since debuting in 2012. These days, the demand for his creations are near supersonic, and for good reason too. As the fifth-gen torchbearer of a 10 hectare estate, Etienne has a forward thinking approach toward more earth-friendly farming and judicious use of new oak barrels. The payoff? Seriously gutsy, structured, and zingy Pinot Noirs that resonate with the terroir's essence.
