Eric Dhondt and Edith Grellet founded Dhondt-Grellet in 1986, farming across the Côte des Blancs, creating honest, terroir-driven Champagnes. Today, their son Adrien, joined by his sister Alice, continues this legacy. Inspired by Burgundy, Adrien isolates specific vineyard parcels to showcase the purest expressions of Chardonnay. His approach – no herbicides, biodynamic practices, and horse-drawn plowing – nurtures the soil's health. In the cellar, he employs native yeasts and favours single-village bottlings, thus highlighting each terroir's unique character. For this ambitious vigneron, the future is looking as bright as his liquids!
