Domaine des Lises is the brainchild of Maxime Graillot, son of the legendary Alain Graillot. This small farm stretches across 5 hectares, a mere stone’s throw from his father’s. And like father, like son, Maxime has acquired an admiration for discovering the Syrah grape’s highest potential. Grown according to traditional and environmentally respectful methods, the yield from Domaine des Lises is low, deliberately minuscule. Maxime Graillot is now producing excellent wines which are rapidly gaining attention.
