From the Sousa subregion of Vinho Verde, 100 Igual is the project of João Camizão, a fourth-generation grower whose family has made wine here since 1780. With his 'Sem Igual' cuvées he sets out to redraw the region's reputation, coaxing serious, bone-dry, age-worthy wines from native grapes such as Arinto, Azal and Vinhão. Vibrant, mineral and proudly low-intervention, these are Vinho Verdes quite literally 'like no other'.
